We are pleased to share our 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report, a transparency exercise that outlines the main achievements of the Armando Alvarez Group in the areas of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance. The report reflects the commitment of all our companies to sustainability, innovation, the circular economy and long-term value creation, as well as the progress made under our ESG 2030 Plan.
A year of progress in decarbonization, circular economy and responsible governance
Sustainability is an integral part of how we manage our business and address the challenges of an increasingly demanding and rapidly changing environment. Through this report, we demonstrate how we continue to embed environmental, social and governance criteria into the Group's strategy, driving initiatives that create long-term value for our customers, employees, suppliers and communities.
Throughout 2025, we continued to make progress in key areas such as decarbonization, the circular economy, responsible value chain management, people's safety and wellbeing, and the strengthening of our governance and compliance systems, consolidating a management model that is increasingly aligned with today's environmental, social and regulatory challenges.
Key highlights of the 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report
Among the most significant achievements highlighted in the report is the validation by SBTi of our emissions reduction targets for 2033, a recognition that confirms our decarbonization roadmap is aligned with climate science and the goals of the Paris Agreement.
We also achieved ahead of schedule one of the objectives set out in our ESG 2030 Plan, by conducting ESG assessments of suppliers representing more than 80% of our total global purchasing volume, further strengthening the sustainability and transparency of our value chain.
During the year, we continued to reinforce our governance and responsible management framework through the achievement of ISO 27001 certification across all Group companies, consolidating our information security and cybersecurity management systems.
We also launched new initiatives to strengthen internal communication and cohesion, including the implementation of Conectaa, our corporate communication platform, which now connects more than 2,000 people across the Group.
In the field of the circular economy, our commitment was recognised with the ANARPLA Sustainability Award, which highlights our efforts to increase the use of recycled materials and promote innovation and circularity throughout our production processes.
In addition, we continued advancing more sustainable logistics solutions through Tramesa, promoting intermodal transport projects and new rail motorways that help reduce emissions and improve freight transport efficiency.
Advancing the objectives of our ESG 2030 Plan
During 2025, we reviewed and updated our ESG 2030 Plan to further strengthen its contribution to the Group's environmental, social and governance commitments.
The progress achieved reflects significant advances in areas such as resource efficiency, waste management, the use of sustainable materials, occupational health and safety, diversity and inclusion, continuous training, and sustainability across the supply chain.
At the same time, we continue to promote initiatives focused on the circular economy, biodiversity protection, emissions reduction, and the development of innovative solutions that contribute to more efficient resource management and sustainable value creation.
A shared commitment to the future
The 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report reflects the commitment of everyone who is part of the Armando Alvarez Group, as well as the many stakeholders who accompany us on this journey.
We will continue moving forward with responsibility and ambition to drive innovation, circularity and decarbonization, integrating sustainability into our strategy and contributing to the creation of sustainable value for people, society and the environment.
