Continuing with its good governance policy, on November 26th, 2020 the Board of Directors approved the Armando Alvarez Group to sign the Code of Good Tax Practises and Fiscal Strategy, reinforcing social responsibility beyond simply complying with the law.
The Group’s fiscal strategy values are summarised in managing fiscal affairs in a proactive, responsible and transparent manner in order to encourage a relationship based on collaboration and trust with the Tax Authorities, thus preventing and reducing fiscal and reputational risks.
Our fiscal strategy consists of ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and of ensuring proper coordination of the taxation practises followed by each of the companies comprised in the Group. All this within the framework of attaining social interest and support for a long-term corporate strategy that will prevent tax risks and inefficiencies in implementing business decisions.
