We are proud to share our Corporate Sustainability Report 2024, a reflection of the collective work with which we drive concrete actions towards a more responsible business model that respects the environment, people and ethical management and transparency.

The purpose of this report is to communicate in a transparent, structured and accurate way the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of all our companies. In it, we capture the key progress we have made over the past year, as well as the challenges we continue to face in building a more sustainable business model.

2024 Milestones

Several remarkable achievements for 2024 are outlined below:

• Creation of the first railway highway in Spain, linking Valencia with Madrid, which began operating in July 2024. The Armando Alvarez Group company, Tramesa, has been one of the precursors of this project together with Trans Italia SpA and the Valencian Port Authority.
• Recognition by the Global Compact of our good agricultural practices in the Report on the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Spanish companies. Read more.
• Calculation of our Scope 3 carbon footprint and development of a decarbonization plan, with the goal of reducing our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 2033.
• Significant progress in diversity and inclusion, reaching 26% in the hiring of female talent, representing 46% of the workforce in administrative positions.
• Setting health and safety objectives for 2030, promoting awareness and involvement of the workforce, as well as obtaining specific certifications in this area.
• More than 74% of our purchases are made from ESG sustainability-assessed suppliers.
