AGRICULTURE
Agricultural twine
The use of twine has become an essential complement in modern farming both to secure bales, thanks to high tensile strength, as well as to manage crops, as it is used in trellising to guide plants, where they have to be strong enough to support the weight of the crop but delicate enough to not damage plants. The main raw material is polypropylene, 100% recyclable, which allows it to adapt to the most demanding conditions, both in the greenhouse and in the open field. Aware that this is a challenge when it comes to managing waste, we offer solutions that are more environmentally-friendly, made of compostable materials as well as other twine formats made with recycled material.
SOLUTIONS FOR AGRICULTURE
Baler twine
The application of agricultural baling came about as a solution to the need to harvest and store crops to feed livestock throughout the year. Twine for high-performance balers is now made of polypropylene plastic, as it is highly weather-resistant and can also make larger bales and higher density bales. Our products are specifically designed to be used in all baling equipment, and are certified by the main manufacturers of this equipment.
POWERPRESS
Our most comprehensive twine product, it combines versatility with high-resistance, perfect for medium to large bales. Available in several colors and references, Power Press is one of the products with the longest history of use currently available in the market.
A fibrillated and versatile product, suited for all baling equipment that is used to make round, small, medium and large bales.
MAX2TWINE
The next generation of twine, more efficient and profitable, provides higher resistance and is longer, which considerably saves on time, requiring less spool changes while baling. This product is specifically developed for use in high-density baling machines.
BLACK LABEL TWINE
Our most sustainable product, perfect for large and medium-sized bales, it combines technology and environment, creating a unique product that offers a higher UV protection while also being more environmentally-friendly.
Twine based on a combination of specific raw materials that includes recycled resins, giving a new life to what would have otherwise become a waste product, while guaranteeing the same performance as any other product on the market.
TORFIL
This is our most traditional twine product, which has been on the market for over 30 years. Torfil is suitable for all baling conditions, combining efficiency and consistency. Available in multiple colors and references.
REYENVAS
The range most recommended by industry professionals in Spain, it is perfect for uniform weight and performance, while versatility and high resistance are its main features. Available in multiple colors.
Horticultural crop support twine
Twine is a very important element in good greenhouse management, as it provides support and guides the plant during its growing stage and it must have maximum strength. This product range is designed as a guide to the proper growing of certain types of crops such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, bananas, etc.
Our products are specially designed to guide all types of horticultural crops. The twine is available in multiple colors and lengths, depending on the crop it is intended for, thus guaranteeing adaptability for optimal production.
The main features of this product range are:
FLAT GUIDING TWINE
This product is specifically designed to directly guide the plant, providing a full guarantee of quality. Soft touch and performance.
TWISTED GUIDING TWINE
This product is especially recommended for guiding with clips/hooks, as well as for horizontal trellising. Provides high resistance with maximum quality.
BIO-COMPOSTABLE TWINE (BIOTUTOR)
This type of bio-compostable twine is specially designed for trellising (guide and support) in greenhouse crops. This product biodegrades at the end of its service life, in an industrial compost environment, by microorganism activity, converting into CO2, water and biomass.
It is designed specifically so that it does not have to be separated from the plant mass when the crop is finished and removed. It saves time and resources while at the same time it is a firm commitment to sustainability.
